Is Metrivue free?
Pricing has not been finalized. There are no paid plans yet and no payment details are requested.
Does Metrivue use cookies?
The tracking snippet sets no cookies and uses no local storage. The Metrivue application itself uses a few essential cookies to keep you signed in and protect forms; see the Cookie Policy.
Why do my numbers differ from another analytics tool?
Tools define visitors and sessions differently. Metrivue counts daily visitors, ignores visits that send privacy signals, and can be affected by ad blockers. Expect differences rather than an exact match.
Why does a metric show a dash or "not measured"?
A dash means no value is available, which is different from a measured zero. Days before your first received event were never measured.
Why does Website Health say "Check overdue" or "Not checked yet"?
Not checked yet means no availability check has run for that website. Check overdue means the last check is much older than the schedule, so the old result may no longer be true.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. In Account settings you can download a JSON file of your account data and permanently delete your account. The export does not include raw analytics events or availability-check history; ask through the contact page if you need those. See also the Data deletion page.
Which platforms work?
Any site where you can add one script tag. There are no platform integrations yet; see Integrations.
